Melanie Bourassa is a Yoga Teacher and Personal Fitness Trainer based in Ocean Beach. She discovered yoga as a college student seeking stress relief and found so much more! Melanie exudes joy and authenticity and inspires others to lead healthy, vibrant, balanced lives.
Melanie has taught movement since 1998 and loves to find ways to connect subtle movement with mindfulness to create greater physical alignment, mental focus, and emotional awareness. Her classes have a major focus on anatomical alignment while balancing strength and flexibility. As a former wilderness guide and rock climbing instructor, you can usually find her frolicking in nature with her amazing Australian Shepherd, Gracie.
